Vacation rental for the land owner. Unbelievable mountain lot. In this project we removed all trees for fire mitigation, excavated and cut-in a steep drive, full above-ground basement with two-car garage. City water and sewer tied into main lines. Large retaining walls required per county due to slope of lot.
